Three Generations of Building

Building is our family business, and it has been for three generations.

My grandfather was a general contractor right here in the Sacramento area, building homes, apartments, condos, and more. My father followed him into the trade and built homes throughout Northern California and Texas under his company, Continental Sorensen.

Today we carry that name forward. We are Continental Sorensen Construction Group, doing business as 916 Contractor Pros. I'm Michael Sorensen, a third-generation general contractor in this area. I started working construction as a teenager.

That history shapes how we work. We look at the whole house, give you straight answers and a written, fixed-price scope, and run every job like our family name is on it, because it is.

Licensed California General B contractor #1156523. Based in Carmichael and serving the greater Sacramento area and the foothills.
